What is covered in our Terms & Conditions?

Tardiness, Cancellation and No-Shows: 
Communication and timeliness are key to a mutually respectful business relationship.

 

  • LATENESS: If you find that you are late for a reading, please contact us at +1 (413) 421-9811.  It would be best to reschedule as the reading will still finish at the originally scheduled time. No extension of the appointment will be made. 

  • CANCELLATIONS: 24-hour advance notice is required to reschedule or cancel readings. If you do not cancel within this time frame, I will not be able to offer you a refund, but I may be able to reschedule your reading depending on the circumstances of your cancellation.  If you do not give sufficient advance notice of cancellation, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. Please take the time to call us at +1 (413) 421-9811 to reschedule.

  • NO SHOW: If you do not show up and do not call, your payment will be non-refundable. Call us within 24 hours and we can possibly look into a waiver.

  • PARTIES - If you book us for a party/event. The rate will be $300 for 3 hours. A down payment of $100 is required prior to booking party. The rest will be due 24 hours prior to the event.  If the event/party is cancelled within 48 hours after booking, the $100 deposit is refundable. After 48 hours, deposit is non-refundable.  Should we have to cancel, you will be refunded all monies (deposit and dues) paid to us.  All services are non-refundable.  Should the fortune teller feel uncomfortable at any time, they may cancel their services. A contract will be signed that will list the expectations of client.
